Product Description

The machine is designed by our company with stable characteristic, advanced technology, nice appearance and complete function.
The machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping PET bottle water.

The machine is rotary type bottle rinsing machine, and mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverage, water etc, and then send the bottles to filling machine for filling.
The PET bottle enters equipment via bottle separating star wheel, clamped bottle neck and revert the bottle mouth down, drain after rinsing by sterile water, then revert the bottle mouth up automatically, the bottle will be conveyed to the filling machine via bottle exit star wheel. The main structure, touch parts with rinsing media, exterior protection shield are made of stainless steel material; open type gear transmission;

The rotate plates are all made of stainless steel ANSI304.

This machine adopts non-contact filling method, which has the function of fast and slow filling double-speed filling. Each filling head is equipped with turbine flow meter. When the set capacity is reached, the flow meter output signal directly closes the valve and the response speed is fast.
The filling valve is made of stainless steel, easy to clean, equipped with a cleaning cup, and the filling tank is equipped with a cleaning spray ball, which can be washed by CIP cycle.

Adopts magnetic constant torque capping head, and the screw cap effect is stable and reliable.
A set of photoelectric switches is installed on the cap drop guide rail. When there is no cap in the cap drop guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
The capping machine is equipped with bottle inlet detection switch, which is connected with the cap lock cylinder at the junction of the cap drop guide rail and the cap dial plate to control the discharge of the cap, to ensure that the cap is stopped when there is no bottle, and the loss of the cap is reduced.

Installation and commissioning
After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the designed time.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales service
1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price.
